Interim Pastor Catherine Lyle
Pastor Catherine Lyle is serving as half-time interim pastor beginning June 1, 2025. As interim pastor, she is providing spiritual leadership, pastoral guidance, and support while the congregation explores the vision for the future. Pastor Catherine is also serving the Sandpoint Methodist Church where she has been half-time since 2022.
As a youth, she had varied life and church experiences. Catherine graduated with her BA from Eastern Washington University followed by a summer studying Irish history and literature in Galway, Ireland. Subsequently, she earned her MA in philosophy from Washington State University.
Pastor Catherine is married with two active boys, and she enjoys meeting new people and hearing their stories, preaching on Sundays, and ministering to people caught up in the complexities and real challenges of life. Learn more about Pastor Catherine’s story.
